Cindy Lee believes in your highest potential. She believes in awakening your natural resources, gifts, and talents and using them to guide you toward success, growth, and awakening.

Hypnotherapy and NLP are the powerful tools that Cindy uses to change your life. Cindy believes in your innate healing and shifting abilities in sessions with her and that you can use what you learn to continue self-growth and your skills and intuition to direct your life in healthy, ecologically positive, successful directions.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective form of therapy in which there is a heightened sense of concentration and focus that allows making changes in your behavior, thinking, and motivation much easier.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) uses your strategies, for instance, how you do something, your language patterns, and your neurological responses and how all of this filters through your values and beliefs to help create quick, elegant and lasting changes. If you make a big smile on your face and feel as if that same smile is happening in your heart. Now try to feel bad and notice it isn’t possible!

Cindy uses hypnotherapy and NLP to tap into your unconscious processes and help create new strategies, communication patterns (both verbal and non-verbal) to create flow, conscious and unconscious alignment, and give you control over your own life.

Cindy graduated from Hypnosis Motivation Institute in 2008. She received her Master Level certification from NLP Transworld in 2009 and Trainers Level certification in 2011 with Tim Hallbom and Susie Smith at NLPCA. Cindy is also a 2nd Don black belt in Hapkido, a Korean martial art, and uses its energy and logical philosophies in her hypnotherapy and NLP sessions. She teaches self-defense classes as well that includes NLP and some psychological training to help understand the mindset needed in a self-defense situation.
