You and your favorite crystals are invited to join Faith as you’ll explore your own personal empowerment journey by sharing stories and connecting to your chakras. In this class Faith integrates crystal healing to aid in your personal healing journey. Together the group will share and reflect on how to care for our physical and emotional bodies as we settle into a peaceful guided meditation with the intention of accepting ourselves just as we are.
Participants are welcome to bring their own journal and pen and favorite crystals for meditation, though you may also show up just as you are!
This class/event takes place in our outdoor garden that’s equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly.
ABOUT FAITH
Faith Rawson is a lifelong multi-instrument musician and devotee of all that is spiritual. She grew up in Minnesota where she learned to use her gifts of empathy and intuition by caring for animals and practicing the healing arts. She received her Bachelors in Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute and teaches painting and yoga classes with attention to self expression and disability care. She loves connecting to nature, strengthening her intuitive guidance and helping others achieve their goals. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
