REGENERATIVE ASHTANGA YOGA FOR STRENGTH & STABILITY
This class builds strength and promotes stability and grounding. Strong Ashtanga animal-style poses that will make you sweat are paired with Yin poses and deep stretching for full body balance and integration. We target areas in need of deep healing and releasing to increase flexibility, encourage joint health, and muscle relaxation. Class concludes with a sound meditation.
