VISUALIZATION & SOUND HEALING MEDITATION
An intentional meditation class that consists of visualization, breathwork and sound healing. We will be setting an intention for the day to help tune into and grow our visualization skills. While we focus on our intentions we are learning how to connect deeply with our mind and body through breath work to help ground ourselves. This class is an experiential meditation class that helps to soothe and rejuvenate your senses while helping you recalibrate your mind, body and nervous system. Rest, relax and recharge as your body gets renewed and bathed in vibrational vocal and sound healing elements so you can go back to your day feeling renewed.
