MEDITATION
For many people letting go of stress and tension can be extremely hard, especially with all of the responsibilities and things we have to manage in modern life.
Every week we will learn to incorporate a holistic approach to stress in the body. Be prepared for guided meditations, physical movement, and loud long yells as we give your body the much needed time to release all of the tension it has been carrying for you day in and day out.
Come as you are! You don’t need to be an expert in anything or super fit to participate in this meditation. All movements and practices are suitable for all body types and abilities.
ABOUT RIV
Riv Sachartoff(they/them) is your friendly neighborhood queer, non-binary, Jewish mystic. Riv has studied under four mentors to become a Reiki certified energy healer, psychic medium, and shadow healer. Since professionally offering shadow healing services for clients, Riv has grown in their power and practice to incorporate light language, quantum touch, akashic records and channeling aliens in the repertoire. Every healing and coaching that Riv offers is guided by gentle, trauma informed policies, finding grounded and supportive practices that work for you, and truly helping others feel connected and empowered in their bodies through this silly little human experience.
