FROM THE HEART CACAO & SOUND JOURNEY with DANIEL LÉON

Bring your intention and a journal as we sit in ceremony together. With open hearts from Mother Cacao, we will journey inward and strengthen our connection with our inner child. Through blindfolded breath work we’ll release what’s not serving us and make space for new energy. The sound healing experience composed of bi-aural beats and frequency music will ease us into a relaxed meditative state as we explore whats inside. We will integrate back into the circle and close with some Ecstatic dance/ movements to brings us back into our bodies. Come journey with us!

Through Cacao my healing journey began. With a strong thirst to deepen my understanding of myself and the world around me, I started unraveling the layers. Opening my heart and connecting with my inner child was a profound experience.
I received the calling to help others on their healing path. With a strong passion for creativity I combined my love for music and healing. As a students of Celeste, I’ve combined the essence of her teachings with my vision to continue the amazing work she started here at Liberate! Come journey with me and see what’s on the other side.
