ABOUT BOOTY SCULPT
Booty Sculpt is a 45-minute class where we incorporate HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training), martial arts meditation and breathwork with yoga poses and fitness. It is a class designed to instill balance and connectivity with the mind, body, and spirit while making you sweat! There will be cardio with grounding and balancing poses and postures like in yoga and martial arts as well as some body movement formations and flow.
The perfect elemental blend, this class provides a calorie and fat-burning workout on top of gaining the mental benefits of yoga. The best part of the class is that it’s set to an awesome playlist where we workout as if we were dancing. My kind of workout!
Body Sculpt strengthens your relationship with yourself and your body. There will be meditation and breathing through postures and forms to condition our mind and body to stay in the present moment. This program was designed for people who want to connect to their body and feel super grounded.
We’re all about the fun and love here! This class is a great workout to go with my Deep Stretch class. They are meant to go hand in hand, specifically designed for body building, opening and release. I look forward to meeting and working out with you soon!
