ABOUT ABIGAIL:
Abigail is an Artist and Crystal Reiki Practitioner, trained and attuned in Usui Reiki I and II, energy medicine and core wound healing. As an empathic intuitive channel, she specializes in deep emotional healing, trauma recovery, and expanding your relationship with Spirit/Source/God.

With a deep reverence for Mother Earth and growing up in Buddhist, Christian and Pagan traditions, Abigail recognizes the harmony and oneness of all things. She brings the wisdom and empathy of a diverse human experience and background into her work, allowing it to inspire, inform and enhance her personal sessions which include modalities from Shamanism to Herbalism. Additionally, as a trauma survivor herself, Abigail is especially sensitive to the needs of clients with trauma history.

An artist and healer have the responsibility to assist society in their awakening, to shine light into the darkness. As such, it is her purpose in this lifetime to help awaken, heal, evolve and uplift humanity. She wishes you love, healing and an ever expanding consciousness.

ABOUT ANA LIZ:

Ana Liz is an Integrative Embodiment Practitioner and Educator, Somatic Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, and Multidisciplinary Artist. Harnessing movement, authentic creative expression, and somatic awareness to access and express our inner wisdom, she guides clients through processes of uncovering, embracing, expressing, and embodying their core self, promoting healing, personal empowerment, conscious spirituality, and social change.

Her classes are inclusive and accessible, welcoming those who wish to delve into the well of their bodies to find freedom, pleasure, and deep connection! Ana works with private clients and teaches classes and workshops regularly.

ABOUT CARROLL:

Carroll uses her knowledge and skills to provide wellness and promote wholeness. Her sessions relax the body and improve circulation, organ function, and an overall sense of well-being in both people and their pets.

She holds an M.S. in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin and uses her career spanning experience so that you can uncover a deeper understanding of the self. She binds her wisdom gained with her natural intuitive gifts of human nature and connection to the spirit world.

ABOUT DEVON:

Devon is a spiritual artist and enthusiastic student of continuous learning and personal growth through traditional therapy, intuitive studies, guidance, healing work, and nature.

Devon has had many successful roles throughout her life that have led her into sound bowl healing. Devon participated in a 28 day Global Meditation led by Dr. Shamell Bell of Harvard University and Dartmouth College providing sound bowl healing meditations.
Devon is currently providing weekly sound bowl meditations for the Center for Women’s Studies at Colgate University located in New York. She has also provided sound healing meditations for Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Brown University, UCLA, USC, and A3 Artists Agency located in Los Angeles, New York and the UK.

Devon volunteers for LA City Parks and Recreation teaching inner city children ages 6-13 sound healing meditations. She is currently providing sound bath healing meditations for Cultural Interiors located in Los Angeles and is also an instructor for Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation facilitating sound bowl healing meditations.

Her spiritual journey began 3 years ago when she was led to the mountains of Cuenca, Ecuador to study healing work. While on her quest for self-discovery she was called to sound bowl healing.

ABOUT HEATHER:

Heather is a 200Hr Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Facilitator. She has many years practicing and playing sports and writing music. For the past 15 years she has been dedicated to serving the community by coaching and educating children in sports development and swimming and recently took interest in helping mom’s with health awareness and fitness education and sound healing and meditation.

The past few years, as she was working with the children, she noticed how the mom’s and dad’s in the communities needed love and support. They were always giving and trying to grow and learn to best support themselves and their children.

Heather has been working on ways to better serve everyone and their needs in order to help facilitate and create happy and healthy environment’s for the families. She understands how it can be very challenging to find balance and harmony in life.

That is why she came up with fitness and healing classes with the intention to create harmony and balance for the parents, children as well as herself.

A place where we can all heal, grow, be nurtured and release.

Growing up, we all have challenges in our environment and it is Heather’s intention to help herself and her community to create and cultivate environments that are healthy, happy, supportive and peaceful while growing and healing. Jazmin Erving and Ivy Welburn have been friends for most of their lives. They both are passionate entrepreneurs. Jazmin has 20+ years of comprehensive operations experience, working with small businesses and philanthropic organizations. Ivy has 20+ years as a designer, florist, and event planner for A-list celebrities and the like.

They created Because I Rock after a profoundly serendipitous encounter with a man they now call, “Deer Mark”. They were on their way to Mt. Shasta for a spiritual retreat to charge their crystals under the full moon, and regain some peace amid the chaos of the pandemic when… they came upon a stranded driver (Mark) on a deep woods highway after an unfortunate entanglement with a deer, which had left him badly shaken. That single act of kindness would forever change their lives. What started as a chance encounter blossomed into an enduring friendship, and the ultimate inspiration for Because I Rock.

ABOUT JENN:

Growing up in the Bay Area I always had a passion for movement. I started dancing when I was 5 years old and continued competitively through college. I have always loved dance but knew I wanted to work with children. I have been an educator for over 15 years.

Along with inspiring young minds to have a love for learning, I have always felt expression and having a love for yourself is very important. As I continued taking dance classes I also became enthralled in how my spirit felt while practicing yoga. Like my students I felt I could express myself, I became more in love with who I am, and felt more in tune with my body.

Fast forward many years later I decided to take the plunge and move to LA with my school, which was opening some new campuses. I have been in LA for over 5 years and found myself thinking I would love to deepen my practice and share my love for yoga with the possibility of teaching. I decided to do an intensive 200 hour RYT in Joshua Tree. I found myself in love with the history of yoga. I knew this was my new calling.

Yoga, meditation, and breathwork has really opened up my spirit and has guided me through the ups and downs of life. I look forward to sharing my love of yoga, providing a safe space, calming, and uplifting yoga experience that will leave everyone feeling at one with their practice and themselves.

ABOUT JEROEN:

Jeroen’s strange-looking name is actually a very common name in his country of origin: the Netherlands. This is where he started his journey into exploring consciousness. As a child, Jeroen was aware of the more subtle layers of existence, and later in his mid-twenties a profound experience pushed him into learning how to embody these subtle dimensions and use them for healing himself and others.

In 1997, he was introduced to a healing meditation technique, developed by gifted psychic Rheva LaRue. It opened him up to different layers of his being, helped him manage his energy and be more grounded in his body and on this beautiful Earth.

He is a certified Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, EMF Balancing Technique, Quantum Touch and Dolores Cannon QHHT level 3 practitioner.

Jeroen holds a BA in Art Therapy and an MA in Spiritual Psychology of the University of Santa Monica and now has over 5200 hrs of experience studying energy healing or therapeutic techniques, and working with individual clients or groups.

Jeroen’s other interests include photography, exploring nature around Los Angeles, making art, spending time with his cat ‘Kitty’, traveling and dance.
